WHEELING — After falling behind 2-1 after two innings, the Morgantown High baseball team scored three runs in the final three innings — the winning run coming in the final inning — in its 4-3 win over Wheeling Park on Monday.
Carter Patrick started on the mound, pitching five innings and allowing no earned runs on three hits and five walks. Patrick also got a hit offensively.
Colton Matthews came in relief in the sixth inning and helped capture the come-from-behind win for the Mohigans (22-2).
