Suncrest Middle School eighth-graders participated in an English tea party Monday.
It was organized by teachers Becky Haun and Tracy Sell Chico and was a hands-on way for students to learn about the Victorian era.
Three tea parties were scheduled throughout the morning and afternoon in the school’s library. Before the event, students also created calling cards and accessories.
Students participating included Daniel Hanselman, Ailani Medley and Alexander Strange.
