PADEN CITY — Caitlyn Kassay didn’t allow a run on the mound and hit a home run as the Clay-Battelle softball team routed Paden City, 15-0, in three innings.
Kassay threw all three innings, allowing just one hit and collecting five strikeouts, and went 2-for-3 at the plate with three RBIs. Rylee Burnette and Sydney Wilson each had two hits. Julia Cain brought home two runs.
The Cee-Bees (8-0) will play again at noon today for a doubleheader at Madonna.
