Jeffrey Scott Keller, 62, of Reedsville, died Wednesday, March 27, 2019, at his home.
He was born March 25, 1957, in Kingwood, a son of late Harry Edward (Johnny) and Leota Elizabeth Mullenax Keller.
Jeffrey was a loving husband, father, grandfather and brother. He worked as a coal miner for Consol and Murry Energy and was a truck driver. He served 20 years in the 201st Airbourne with the National Guard at Camp Dawson. He enjoyed watching western movies, especially John Wayne movies, picking black berries and working in the woods. Jeffrey was a kind hearted person, who was very generous and loved running his saw mill.
He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Evelyn Bolyard Keller; four sons, Jason Keller and wife, April, Karl Adams and wife, Tiffany, Jerimiah Keller and fiancée, Blue and Michael Keller, all of Reedsville; two daughters, Julia Pyles, of Reedsville and Lori Sines, of Terra Alta; two brothers, Kurt Keller and Clifford Keller and wife, Tracy, all of Terra Alta; five sisters, Connie Lantz, Janice Mersing and husband, Charles, Ellen Hoffman, Dottie Storck and husband, Dave, all of Terra Alta and Donna Markelewicz and husband, John, of Keyser; 13 grandchildren, Dillion, Logan, Zoe, Trenton, Katelyn, Chrisgin, Derrick, Skye, Anthony, Will, Megan, Ben and Jesse; two great-grandchildren, Dayton and Carter; sisters-in-law and brothers- in-law, Patricia Cauley and husband, Carey, Dollie Montgomery and husband Lucio, Barbara Ridenour and husband, Greg, Greenland Bolyard and wife, Kim and Richard Bolyard and wife, Christine; 27 nieces and nephews and 28 great-nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by a son, Anthony Adams; and a brother, Edward Lee Keller.
Family will receive friends at Browning Funeral Home from 6 – 8 p.m. on Saturday, March 30 and 2 – 4 p.m. and 6 – 8 p.m. Sunday March 31, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, April 1, with Pastor Sonny McNear officiating. Interment will follow in the Bethlehem Cemetery where military graveside rites will be conducted by the Preston County Honor Guards and the WVANG Military Funeral Honors.
