CHARLESTON — The University girls’ basketball team (22-5) upset No. 2 Greenbrier East (23-4) in the state semifinals Friday night at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center. The Hawks will face top-seeded Parkersburg for the state championship at 7:15 p.m. Saturday.
