MORGANTOWN — Because temperatures Jan. 31 are expected to remain in the teens and single digits, Monongalia and Preston county schools will be closed. Mon Schools will be closed for students and staff. Preston will have a Brain Freeze day, in which students work on pre-determined activities/lessons at home and staff reports to school.
All after school activities are canceled.
Morgantown Area Meals on Wheels will not deliver food Jan. 31 because of the temperatures.
