KINGWOOD — Preston trailed by seven points at halftime and managed to come from behind in the second half to defeat Lewis County 52-49.
Carsynn Sines led the Knights (5-1) in scoring with 18 points and Michelle Thomas finished with 10.
Preston will play again at 7:30 p.m. on Friday against Fort Hill (Md.).
