Cyclones blow away Black Bears, 7-1

GRANVILLE — Manny Rodriguez had three hits and three RBIs, and Kyle Wilson tossed seven scoreless innings as the Brooklyn Cyclones topped the West Virginia Black Bears, 7-1, on July 27.
Wilson (1-3) picked up the win. He struck out eight and walked one while allowing three hits.
Brooklyn got on the board first in the third inning, when it scored three runs, including a single by Brian Sharp that scored Wagner Lagrange.
Osvaldo Bido (2-4) went five innings, allowing three runs and nine hits in taking the loss in the New York-Penn League game.
He also struck out two and walked one.
