Richard Kelly ‘Rich’ Holbert, 50, of Maidsville, passed peacefully on Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at his home surrounded by his family.  Rich fought a hard battle against Pancreatic cancer and is now at peace.
Rich was born December 26, 1967, son to Jerry L. and Nancy Kelly Holbert, of Maidsville.
