Jean L Rollins-Haley, died in her home on April 28, 2018, in Westover, after a life of caregiving. Jean was born on July 14, 1949, in Clarksburg, to the late Edward George and Kitty Lawson Rollins.
She graduated from West Virginia University in 2000 with Masters degrees in Social Work and Public Administration. She had a passion for advocacy for underserved populations. Her memory lives on in the hearts of her family.
Jean is survived by her children, Ben (Victoria) and Holly (Megan), and her grandson Michael, as well as numerous siblings, nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her sister Carol.
McCulla Funeral Home has provided cremation and there will be no public services at the request of the deceased.
