Ronald Coleman Duff, 89, passed away Saturday, April 14, 2018.
He was born Aug. 22, 1928, in Morgantown, a son of the late Bernard Mosey and Sue Duff and resided most of his life in Fort Howard and recently in Parkville.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and served during the Korean War. He also served in the U.S. Air Force. He was an avid canvas painter and author.
Ron was preceded in death by his brother, William B. Duff Sr.; and his stepfather, Charles Kirshner.
He is survived by his wife, Candace Duff, and family; and his brother’s wife, Leda Duff; half sister, Jaqualine Debar; as well as many nieces and nephews and fans too numerous to mention.
Ron’s wishes were to be cremated and in lieu of a service, he wished for everyone who learns of his passing to do a good deed for someone once a week.
