MORGANTOWN — Garrett Tederick was served warrants for reckless driving, failure to obey a traffic control device, and failure to use due care at about 9 a.m. March 26. These charges were the result of an investigation into a vehicle vs. pedestrian accident, which happened Feb. 20. on Monongahela Boulevard.
Tederick was arraigned on the charges the morning of March 26 at the Monongalia County Magistrate court and was released on a $5,000 personal recognizance bond.
