KINGWOOD — A request by a Morgantown man to be returned to the Anthony Center or placed on home confinement was turned down Jan. 23 in Preston Circuit Court.
As previously reported, Anthony L. Santiago,19, pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree robbery and one count of grand larceny in the robbery of the Bruceton BFS and Little Sandy’s in May 2017.
