MORGANTOWN — On Jan. 7 evening, the Morgantown Police Department was made aware of a social media post regarding the threat of a possible shooting to take place at “MHS.”
Officers were able to confirm that this post was from another state and that the local authorities in that jurisdiction had already began an investigation. That agency also confirmed that this incident was taking place in their respective jurisdiction. Therefore, the “MHS” in question is not Morgantown High School.
