KINGWOOD — Kingwood residents are reminded that from Nov. 15 through April 15, a city ordinance restricts on-street parking in some areas between 1 and 6 a.m.
This is to allow the city to plow snow. Streets covered by the ordinance are Price from Brown to Hartman, Main from the Morgantown Street intersection to the Locust Street intersection, and High, where there are parking meters.
