Andrea Cherie Thornton, 78, of Bruceton Mills, WV, passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at Mon Health Medical Center, in Morgantown, WV. She was born in Shelby County, TN, on December 13, 1946.
A US Army Veteran, Andrea grew up in California and lived in WV for many years until her passing. As a paralegal specialist, she worked for 32 years for the Social Security’s Office of Hearings Operation in Morgantown, WV.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Springer.
Family and friends may call at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home, in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, WV, on Saturday, December 21, 2024, from 10 to 11 a.m. service with Pastor Steve Wotring officiating.
Burial will follow at the Fairview Cemetery in Bruceton Mills (Pisgah), WV.
