Kenneth “Jay” Barr, 47, of Vanderbilt, passed away Tuesday, December 3, 2024.
Friends may join the family for visitation at Smith Funeral & Cremation Care, 108 Holland Avenue, Westover, Sunday, December 8, from 2 until the time of the funeral service at 6 p.m.
Full Military Honors will be accorded at the funeral home after the funeral service, followed by cremation at Jay’s request.
