Toni Nagy Moore passed away in the comfort of her home in Morgantown, WV, on Friday, October 25, 2024, at the age of 69.
A heartwarming presence in the lives of those she touched, Toni was born on July 11, 1955, in Fort Dix, NJ, a daughter of the late Joseph William Nagy and Nina Saffron Haines.
Throughout her life, Toni held the essence of kindness, living a life characterized by compassion, grace, and dedication to others.
Having lost her beloved father, mother, husband Arthur Moore, as well as her siblings Mary Jane O’Neal, Joe Nagy, and John Cathreno, Toni remained a beacon of strength and love for her family. She is lovingly remembered by her sons, Roy Scott Jeffers and his wife Marla of Fairmont, WV, and Michael Mackie of Morgantown, WV; her sister, JoAnne Nagy of Myrtle Beach, SC; and her adored grandchildren, Reese Mackie, Dalton Jeffers, Riley Jeffers, and Ashlyn Jeffers, who will carry her spirit forward.
Toni’s career as a Registered Nurse exemplified her caring nature and unwavering commitment to the well-being of others. Her involvement in her professional community reflected her desire to make meaningful connections and contribute positively to the world.
Interests and hobbies formed a colorful tapestry of memories shared with friends and family, who will gather to honor Toni’s memory at McCulla Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, from 4 p.m. until the 6 p.m. funeral service time. Pastor Jim Weber will officiate the service, celebrating a life well-lived. Following the service, McCulla Funeral Home will provide cremation services.
