Joyce F. Eddy, whose heart was ever so loving, passed away peacefully, in her Core, W.Va. home, Tuesday, October 1, 2024. Born March 17, 1945, in Morgantown, to the late Raymond M. Willard and Alma Ruth Frum Willard, Joyce lived a life adorned by the love of family, friends, and the joy of song.
Family and friends are invited to gather at McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Road, Westover, from noon until 2 p.m., the time of the funreal service, Friday, October 4. Following the service, she will be laid to rest at Beverly Hills Cemetery.
