Roselyn “Joanne” Feathers, 86, of Martinsburg, passed away on Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at Celebration Villa of Martinsburg.
She was born Oct. 11, 1937, in Morgantown to the late Okey Feathers and Emma Marie Clouser Feathers.
Joanne was a veteran of the United States Air Force. She was a manager for the IRS. She loved traveling and was an avid reader.
Joanne is survived by her daughter, Michele Taschner; grandchildren Nicole and Ashley Taschner; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her siblings, Helen Taylor and Jim Feathers.
Services and interment will be private.
