Jeffrey Barton Costilow, 62, of Morgantown, passed away at Ruby Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.
Jeffrey was born on Nov. 6, 1961, the son of Rita and Gerald Towns and the late John Barton Costilow.
Jeffrey is survived by Susan Harman, of Centreville, Va. and Kevin and Paula Towns, of Fairmont.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Hastings Funeral Home.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
