Carlos Blaine Fowler Jr., 81, of Morgantown, passed away at his home on Friday, May 3, 2024.
Carlos was born on March 11, 1943, the son of the late Carlos and Ella Fowler.
He married Shirley Ann Davis Fowler on Oct. 27, 1963. He was a lifelong member of Burns Chapel United Methodist Church. He loved the outdoors of hunting and fishing. He loved his family along with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to his wife of 60 years, Carlos is survived by children, Ricky (Diann) Fowler and Pam (Scott) Varner. He leaves behind his grandchildren, Ashley (Barry), Jonothan (Megan), Dirk (Sung Moo Woo Hollabaugh), Keylea (Quintin) Moore, Urijah (Kennedy) Bliss and the late Christopher Ray Fowler; great-grandchildren, Aubree Nicholson, Landon Bliss, Kasen Bliss, Carter Moore, Quillin Moore, Aubrie Bliss, Jameson Bliss, Henley Varner, Poppy Jo and Jettson Fowler.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his infant brother.
Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Hastings Funeral Home.
