Natalie Hall-Johnson

Natalie Diane Hall-Johnson, aged 62, of Morgantown, passed away peacefully on March 27, 2024. Born on Aug. 21, 1961, to parents Eleanor Faye Bowman and the late Homer Herbert Hall, Jr., Natalie led a life marked by kindness and dedication.

Natalie shared a beautiful marriage of 34 years with her beloved husband, John Johnson. Together, they built a legacy of love and family. She was the cherished mother of Tiffany Gunter (Shawn) of San Antonio, Texas, Jaylyn Smith (Molly) of Morgantown, and Andre Williams of Pittsburgh. In her journey through life, she was a sister to Beverly Thomas, the late May Beth Grubb, the late Jim Grubb, and Herbert Gregory Hall. Amy Thomas held a special place in her heart as a dear niece; as well as a host of grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, whom she loved dearly.

For 45 years, Natalie provided impeccable service in Patient Financial Services at Ruby Memorial Hospital, where her thoughtful nature and steadfast work ethic were well-known. Her colleagues and the many people she helped over the years will remember her fondly.

Natalie’s warmth and conscientious spirit extended beyond her home and workplace, touching all who knew her. Her passion for helping others and her unwavering support for her family characterized her as a beacon of light in her community. Natalie leaves behind a legacy that will continue to inspire and resonate through the lives of her family and friends.

Friends at family will be received at the McCulla Funeral Home, 770 Fairmont Rd, Morgantown, from noon on Friday April 5, until the 2 p.m. memorial service time with Pastor Alec K. Piper officiating.
