Franklin Lee Varano, 75 of Point Marion, Pa., died Sunday, March 17, 2024, in the J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. He was born in Lake Lynn, Pa. Services will be held at the Richard R. Herod Funeral Home from 2-8 p.m. of Point Marion.Friday, March 22.
