Charles Joseph Workman, 70, of Mount Morris, Pennsylvania passed away at 1:12 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 23, 2024, at home. He was born June 5, 1953, in Waynesburg, Pa.
Charles was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during Vietnam. He was a member of the Mount Morris Sportsman Club, loved riding his Harley-Davidson, hunting, and fishing. Charles also loved spending time with his family and his dog, Cookie. He enjoyed competitive shooting, as well as shooting with his grandchildren. He retired in 2019 from Gerrick Electric as an electrician for over 30 years.
Surviving is one daughter, Jennifer Crislip and husband James of Mount Morris, Pa.; one son, Scott Workman and wife Tiffany of Morgantown, six grandchildren, Nicholas Workman and wife Akasha, Landen Workman, Kaden Workman, Kinsley Workman, Whitney Redka and husband Donnie, Charles Crislip, one great-granddaughter, Suzanne Redka. He was preceded in death by his wife Susan Workman.
There will be a greeting of friends at the House of Elijah Prophetic Ministries, 112 Fallen Timbers Rd., Point Marion, PA, from 4-7 p.m. on Friday, March 1, with Pastor Ron Cralton officiating his Celebration of Life Service at 7 p.m. Milliken and Throckmorton Funeral Home, Inc. 324 Mt. Morris Rd. P.O. Box 478 have been entrusted with his arrangements.
