Helen Rose Sustakoski, 69, was called home on Sept. 17, 2023, with her family lovingly by her side.
She was born and raised in Buckhannon, by Otha and Wanna (Helmick) Johnston along with her 8 sisters and brother.
Those who knew Helen would say she was truly one of a kind. She lived a beautiful life and will be missed dearly.
She will be watching over husband, Alan; children, J.J. and Jamie, Cody and Chana; beloved grandchildren who adoringly called her “Nana,” Chance and Nora; along with all who call her family.
A family gathering to celebrate her life has been planned at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate any donation in Helen’s honor to a church, charity, or family in need.
