Norma Tuttle

Norma Jean “Nan” Tuttle, 95, of Crossroads, died Sunday, Aug. 27, 2023, in the Personal Care at Evergreen in Waynesburg, Pa. with her family by her side.

She was born Dec. 9, 1927, at Cassville, a daughter of the late O. E. “Red” Seaman and Hazel Hamilton Seaman.

Nan was a homemaker and a member of the Miracle Run United Methodist Church.

Surviving is one sister, Millie Parker of Crossroads; one granddaughter and her husband, Sherry and David “Butch” Patterson of Crossroad; a sister-in-law, Amy Seaman of Core; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James F. Tuttle on April 1, 1992; her daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Gene Harker; and two brothers, Bill Seaman and Bud Seaman.

Friends may call at the Olive United Methodist Church at Pentress from
11 a.m.-1 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 30. Funeral services will be held in the church at 1 p.m. with Rev. Freddie Eddy and Pastor John Brosky officiating. Interment will follow in the Olive Cemetery.

The family would like to give a special “Thank You” to the staff of Evergreen and the OSPTA Hospice for the care and love shown to Nan during her stay at Evergreen.
