Robert B. Meissner, age 80, of Kingwood, passed away Aug. 10, 2023, at his residence, surrounded by his family. A celebration of life will be conducted at the Wesley United Methodist Church, 107 W. High Street, Kingwood. at 1 p.m., Tuesday, August 15.
