Irish indie rock artist Seanie Vaughan will play a concert July 19 in Morgantown as part of his 2023 U.S. tour.
The show will be at The Encore, 720 Powell Ave. His appearance is possible in part due to support from Culture Ireland. Tickets are $10 for the show and can be purchased at the door.
Vaughan is on the road promoting his new album “Between Chaos and Order” with additional stops in Louisville, Ky.; Cincinnati, Columbus and Cleveland, Ohio; Pittsburgh; Washington, D.C.; Brooklyn, N.Y.; and Boston.
His two previous albums broke into the Official Irish Indie Album Charts Top 5, and have been compared to the Beatles and Talking Heads in the Irish media. During his career, he has toured internationally in the United States, throughout Europe, and as far as China. His 2019 single, “I Can and I Will” spent several weeks in the Irish Singles Chart Top 10 and continues to occupy the iTunes Top 50.
