Help celebrate World Oceans Day and honor all oceans at Spark! Imagination and Science Center.
From 10 a.m.-1 p.m. June 10, join others for hands-on activities that explore our oceans and learn what we can do to help protect them.
“Oceans play an important role in our survival,” says Tiffany Martin, education coordinator of Spark! Imagination and Science Center. “By learning how we are linked together, we can learn how our actions impact the health of the oceans and what we can do to help.”
Visitors can also explore Spark’s hands-on exhibits during the event, dig for pretend dinosaur fossils, build a ball ramp, explore nanoscience, play dress up and much more.
World Oceans Day activities are included with general admission. General admission is $5 per person, children under 12 months visit for free.
