Thomas “Dick” V. Basferd, of Morgantown, passed away at home with his family by his side on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at the age of 93.

Friends and family will be received at Hastings Funeral Home, 153 Spruce St., Morgantown, on Monday, June, 5 from 10 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 11 a.m. with Sister Nancy White officiating. Interment will follow at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens with full military rites.
