- HB 2009, to clarify the authority and obligations of the governor and Legislature relating to declared states of preparedness and emergencies.
- HB 2559, to prohibit a mask or face covering requirement by the state or by local boards of health; Delegates Phil Mallow, R-Marion, Geno Chiarelli, R-Monongalia, co-sponsors.
- HB 2560, to require that all schools maintain cameras in areas where students are present in schools; Mallow, co-sponsor.
- HB 2576, to make unlawful the practice of municipalities’ assessing user fees when employees are not present in the municipality in the performance of the job. Chiarelli, co-sponsor.
- HB 2577 and SB 224, to prohibit spending authority for money used by an agency in support of a challenge to state law; Chiarelli, House co-sponsor.
- HB 2579, to authorize and establish criteria for nonpartisan election of county school superintendents.
- HB 2580, to clarify that all K-12 students must exhibit satisfactory academic progress on the comprehensive statewide student assessment before they can advance to the next grade level.
