David Buford Stover, 68, of Davis (Tucker County) passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023, at Morgantown Health & Rehabilitation Center.
He was born in Charleston, on Dec. 3, 1954, a son of the late Commodore Elliott Stover Jr. and the late Mary Wiley Stover.
Mr. Stover has no known survivors.
