A holiday show and sale, Christmas at the Barn opened its doors Thursday and is set to run through Sunday.
The event is hosted by a group of artisans, tinkerers, thinkers, collectors and pickers.
Located on a rural farm in Masontown, Preston County, the event offers the opportunity to browse and shop barns, corn cribs, out buildings and hay sheds that have been artistically decorated, transforming them into mini shops filled with unique selections and collections.
Shoppers will find vintage Christmas items, folk art, antiques, primitives, tattered treasures, rescued furniture, shabby-chic, handcrafted jewelry and more. Food and beverages are prepared on-site by Mountain State BBQ. Tatham’s Modern Homestead offers fresh baked homemade desserts at the Sugar Shack.
Hours are noon-8 p.m. today and Saturday and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday.
Vendors accept cash or checks.
Admission is free.
This is a working farm so visitors are asked to leave pets at home.
