Frances Marie Felton,75, of Morgantown, passed away Sunday, Oct. 16, 2022, at J. W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born on Dec. 4, 1946, in Keyser, the daughter of the late James Henry Doll Jr. and Helen Marie (Welling) Doll.
Frances graduated from Morgantown High School in 1964. Afterward, she became owner of Frankie’s Cut & Curl after completing beauty school. She later worked many years for HSBC and Walmart. One of her favorite hobbies was playing slot machines. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and friend who will be sadly missed by all that knew her.
She is survived by her three children: Ed Felton and wife, Leigh Ann, Krista Felton and wife, Linda and Marissa Steringer; three grandchildren: Kileigh, Haley and Grayson; and brother, Steve Doll.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by the father of their three children, Ed Felton Jr., her son-in-law, Charlie Steringer; and granddaughter, Arya.
In accordance with her wishes, cremation service will be provided by Hastings Funeral Home, and she will be inurned at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens.
