Joann Christine Miller, 62, of Bruceton Mills, (Cuzzart community), died Monday, May 2, 2022, at Stonerise Healthcare Transitional Care of Kingwood.
The daughter of Rosetta Liston Wolfe, of Tunnelton, and the late Elmer Clarence Wolfe, she was born on Jan. 22, 1960, in Oakland, Md.
Joann was a loving mother, sister and grandmother. She enjoyed bird watching, crocheting, baking and cake decorating.
To cherish her memory, she leaves behind her mother, Rosetta Liston Wolfe; a son and his wife, Johnny Lee and Stephanie Miller; her granddaughter, Jasmine Lee Miller; and four sisters: Beverly Liston, of Kingwood, Dianne and her husband Mark Shriver, of Winchester, Va., Annette Sidebottom and her husband Eddie, of Tunnelton, and Cathy Williams and her husband Douglas, of Tunnelton.
In addition to her father, Joann was preceded in death by her husband, John Junior Miller, one sister and two brothers.
The Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
A memorial service will be held at the Mountain Dale Church, from 1 p.m. until the service at 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 21, with Pastor Donnie Savage officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family askes guests to bring a covered dish and join them for a memorial meal following the service.
