Lovie Lee Maier, 93, of Tunnelton, died on Sunday, April 24, 2022, at Preston Memorial Hospital with her daughters by her side.
Lovie was born Aug. 4, 1928, in Tunnelton, a daughter of the late Corbit Powell and Ethel Stella (Stewart) Wiles.
Friends may call at the Kingwood Funeral Home and Crematory, formerly Rotruck-Lobb Funeral Home, 295 South Price St., from 3-8 p.m. on Monday, May 2, and from 10 a.m. on Tuesday, May 3, until the time of the funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at the Mount View Cemetery in Tunnelton.
The family requests that memorial donations be made in Lovie’s memory to the Mount View Cemetery Association, c/o Roger Shannon, 147 Bowmar Road, Tunnelton, WV 26444.
