Michael Allen Hathaway, 42, passed away Tuesday, April 19, 2022, in Morgantown. Michael was born on Feb. 29, 1980, in Morgantown, a son to the late Katherine Jacobs Riggleman.
Michael worked as a coal miner and he loved motorcycles, fishing, wood working and, most importantly, spending time with his family.
Michael is survived by his children, Alexandrea Lee Hathaway, of Beallsville, Pa., and Gage Michael Hathaway, of Daybrook; his brother, Richard Bolyard Jr. (Tina Feeley); sisters, Kayla Fisher and Elizabeth Riggleman; granddaughter, Addilyn; and nieces and nephews, Sarah, Nevaeh, Michael, Alicen, Amisa, Brandon and Ethan.
Family and friends are invited to gather at McCulla Funeral Home, from 11 a.m. until the 12:30 p.m. funeral service on Friday, April 22, with Pastor Donna Dalton officiating. Interment will follow at East Oak Grove Cemetery.
