Sandra Leah Nestor, 70, of Sugar Hill, Ga., passed away on Sunday, April 10, 2022. She was preceded in death by her father, John D. Jones.
Mrs. Nestor is survived by her husband of 50 years, David L. Nestor, of Sugar Hill, Ga.; mother, Lorena Shaffer Jones, of Morgantown; brothers, Dell Jones (Tami), of Morgantown, and Tom Jones, of Parkersburg; nieces, Chelsea Jones, Karen Jones and Crystal Jones; nephews, Dell Jones Jr. (Kristie) and Johnny Jones; great-nieces and nephews, Bryce and Malia Jones, of Morgantown, Johnny Jones, of Parkersburg, Karen Hammack, of Morgantown, and Crystal Jones, of Florida; sister-in-law, Susan Plum (Sam), of Morgantown; brothers-in-law, Eddie Nestor (Donna), of Alabama, Terry Nestor (Sally), of Morgantown, Randy Nestor (Sharon), of Morgantown; and several cousins.
Mrs. Nestor was born on June 4, 1951, in Morgantown, graduated from Morgantown High School and attended West Virginia University.
She resided in Sugar Hill, Ga. since 1993. Mrs. Nestor retired from Air Gas Company as an administrative assistant. She also worked for Bearden and Smith Accounting Firm in Atlanta for a number of years.
Visitation will be held at the Fred Jenkins Funeral Home, from 5-8 p.m. on Monday, April 18, and again from noon until the time of services at 1 p.m. on Tuesday. She will be laid to rest at Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens.
