Dr. William R. “Bill” McCutcheon, 84, died on Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2021, in Morgantown, after a period of declining health. Bill was born on Dec. 28, 1936, in Beckley, to Mabel W. and William M. McCutcheon.
A memorial service will be held at St. Thomas à Becket Episcopal Church, 75 Old Cheat Road, Morgantown, at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 26, with the Rev. Pamela Shier as celebrant and the Rev. Al Pritchard as Homily.
Wearing of masks will be required during the service.
