James W. “Jamie” Haught Jr., 63, of Jakes Run died Friday, Feb. 4, 2022, at the J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
He was born June 9, 1958, in Fairmont, a son of Wanda Eddy Haught, of Jakes Run, and the late James W. Haught.
Jamie last worked as a fabricator and he was a Methodist by faith.
Surviving in addition to his mother is one son, James W. Haught III, of Fairmont; one daughter, Tiffany R. Haught, also of Fairmont; three grandchildren, Molly, Haley and Faithlyn; two sisters and their husbands, Cathy L. and Bob Satterfield, of Fairmont, and Bobbie Yost and her husband Gary, of Daybrook; and several loving nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Nathan Haught.
Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home, 5894 Mason-Dixon Highway, Blacksville, from 3-7 p.m. on Friday. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 11 a.m. on Saturday, with the Rev. Rose Saunders officiating. Interment will follow at the St. Luke Cemetery in Mooresville.
