Twila Jean “Watkins” Bailey, 86, of Newburg, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 22, 2022, at Preston Memorial Hospital/Mon Health Medical Center. She was born on Oct. 26, 1935, in Tunnelton, daughter of the late Vernon P. and Geraldine V. Shay Watkins.
Family and friends will be received at the Bolyard Funeral Home, 79 Morgantown Ave. Newburg, from 2-7 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 31, and from 10 a.m. until the time of service at noon on Tuesday, Feb. 1, with the Pastor Delisa Riley officiating. Interment will follow at Shay’s Chapel Cemetery. Bolyard Funeral Home is honored to serve the Bailey family.
