Penny Sue Baker, 61, of Grafton, died Monday, Oct. 11, 2021 at UHC Hospital in Clarksburg, with loving family by her side.
She was born June 21, 1960, in Kingwood, a daughter, of the late James “Joe” and Emogene “Jean” Lee Bulford.
Penny was a loving mother, grandmother and sister and will be missed. She worked as a CNA for Grafton City Hospital. She enjoyed camping, sewing and tending her flowers, she loved spending time with grandchildren.
She is survived by her three sons, Donald “Tink” Baker, Bobby “B.J.” Baker and Kevin Baker and companion Ashley, all of Grafton; her brothers, Larry “Wink” Bulford and wife Rhonda, Mike and Lois Bulford and Terry Bulford and companion “Tinky,” all of Rowlesburg; her sisters, Sidna “Sid” Wilson and husband Gary, of Kingwood, Rebecca “Beck” Poling and husband Howard and Robin Sigley and husband Art, all of Rowlesburg; grandchildren, Arron (Bre) Jazmine, Christopher, Dominic, Charles, Sonnie, Ashlynn and Ava; one great-grandson, Harry Lee and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was also preceded in death by her brother, James “J.B.” Bulford.

Family will receive friends at Burke Funeral Home Chapel in Rowlesburg, from noon-2 p.m., the funeral hour, on Sunday, Oct. 17, with Pastor Carl Bartlett, ULC. Lay Minister officiating. Interment will follow in the Red Rock Cemetery.
Masks should be worn and social distancing should be observed during the visitation and service.
