Helen V. Loughrie, 78 of Rowlesburg, died Thursday, Oct. 14, 2021 at Mon Health Medical Center with loving family by her side. She was born Dec. 13, 1942, in Preston County. Family will receive friends for a graveside service at Red Rock Cemetery at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 16.
