Richard Horton

Richard “Dick” Horton, 86, of Morgantown, Cheat Lake community, passed peacefully on Monday, Oct. 4, 2021, at the J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital.

Arrangements are incomplete and have been entrusted to the Fred Jenkins Funeral Home.
