Jeffrey J. Uphold II, 23, of Albright, died Friday, Sept. 17, 2021, in Morgantown.
Jeff was born Jan. 25, 1998, in Morgantown, a son of Jeffrey J. Uphold, of Kingwood, and JoEllen Lenhart Uphold, of Albright.
He graduated from Preston High School, Class of 2016. Jeff enjoyed being with family and good friends, the outdoors and being ornery, but anyone that knew him knew his kind soul. He loved and had connections with his animals and children, especially his nephews and niece, Jacob, Lucas and Sadie.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his sisters, Samantha Uphold, of Albright, and Shelby Boyce, of Brownsville, Pa.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Howard “Bob” Uphold and Betty Williams; his maternal grandparents, Wilbur and Virginia Lenhart; and close friends, Juan Ridenour and Luke Duke.
Friends may call at the Browning Funeral Home in Kingwood, from noon-5 p.m., when the funeral will begin, on Tuesday, Sept. 28, with Pastor Steve Wotring officiating. A dinner will be held at the Church of the Nazarene in Kingwood following the service. Interment will be in Maplewood Cemetery at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 29.
