William E. Brewer Jr., 64, of Kingwood, died Saturday, Sept. 4, 2021, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital with his wife by his side.
He was born Oct. 7, 1956, in Arnoldsville, a son of the late William Ernest Brewer Sr. and Mary Pearl Conrad Brewer.
Bill hitchhiked across the United States at a young age. He loved doing activities with Mary Ann such as gardening, building things and raising chickens. He liked riding his 4- wheeler and loved his dog, Lyla. When Bill was five years old his mother died, so his aunts and uncles raised him.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Mary Ann Wilhelm Brewer; a stepson, Christopher Wilhelm, of Kingwood; and his sister, Vickie Joseph, of Morgantown.
Bill was also preceded in death by his brother, Jim Brewer.
At Mr. Brewer’s request no services are planned and Browning Funeral Home is assisting the family with cremation.
