Marjorie Ann Hamilton 80, of Fellowsville, went home to be with the Lord on July 16, 2021. She was born on Aug. 25, 1940, in Exeter, N.H., daughter of the late Vernon Francis and Marie Rose Gallant Cheney.
She graduated from Sanborn High School in Kingston, N.H., Class of 1958. She worked at Plaistow Auto in New Hampshire with her husband and owned Video World in Manown, Pa. She enjoyed painting, rug hooking, tole painting, doing photography and woodworking. She was a member of Harvest House Ministry. She loved spending time with her family.
Marjorie is survived by five daughters, Renee Hamilton, of Epping N.H., Donna Hamilton-Wine, of Fellowsville, Laurie Casarano and husband Nick, of Arthurdale, Rhonda Zinn and husband Dave, of Fellowsville, and Teresa Boylan and husband Arthur, of Independence; seven grandchildren, Shayne Hamilton, Christopher “Critter” Cosner, Kelly Fike, Makayla Matlick, Leah Fraley, Hanna Wine and Wayne Cosner; five great-grandchildren, Rhiannon Hamilton, Saige Hamilton, Paisley Marie Matlick, Kevin Fike and Korah Fike; two sisters, Janice Knutsen and Tom and Loleta Zayas and Frank; and one brother, Russell Cheney.
In addition to her parents, Marjorie was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Lane Hamilton, in 2014.
A private graveside service will be held for immediate family at Mount Zion Cemetery with Pastor Terry Wilt officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Harvest House Ministries, Attention Missionary Fund, P.O. Box 212, Newburg, WV 26410.
