Anthony Lee Yancey, formerly of Richmond Va., passed away Thursday July 1, 2021.
He was a graduate of Armstrong HS, Virginia State and Tuskegee University. He was employed with the USDA as a supervisory veterinarian.
Anthony loved jazz music and jazz cruises and performed the saxophone. He collected antique radios as a hobby.
He is survived by his wife, Martha, his sons, Joshua and Justin, and his sisters, Shirley Anderson and Andre Yancey.
The funeral mass will be held at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Star City, at 10:30 a.m., Thursday July 15.
Memorial donations may be made to the Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center, Morgantown.
