Michael Richard “Mike” Kunkel, 62, of Shaler Township, Pa., passed away on Friday, June 18, 2021.
Mike was the brother of Janice Herrle, Nicholas Kunkel, Russell (Jacqueline), Jay (Mary), Shari, and the late Darryl (surviving, Diane Burkhart); son of J. Richard “Dick” (Linda) and the late Jeanie Kennedy. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and one great-nephew.
Visitation will be held at the Thomas M. Smith Funeral Home & Crematory Ltd., 930 Center Avenue, Blawnox, Pa., from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, June 24. A burial will be held in Mount Royal Cemetery, Glenshaw, Pa., Friday, June 25. Please meet at the cemetery chapel at 11 a.m.
